My name is Fred Pollard and I have been a nationally certified massage therapist since 1999,and have practiced in Palmer, Alaska since that time.

 My primary interest is in pain relief and structural balancing, which has the most pleasant side effects of relaxation and a sense of well being.

 I attended school at Renton Technical College and attended numerous workshops on restoring balance and symmetry through bodywork.
 
I was a commercial fisherman before becoming a massage therapist and have considerable experience in dealing with painful conditions from personal injuries and chronic conditions. 
 
In that light,I have quite a bit of practical life experience,pain has been one of my best teachers.
